It is a legal requirement that all investors download and read the offer documents for the Atlas Australian Equity Income Fund prior to proceeding.

This Application Form accompanies the Product Disclosure Statement (PDS), Target Market Determination (TMD) and Additional Information Booklet (AIB) for the Atlas Australian Equity Income Fund ARSN 618 658 567 (the Fund), each dated 26 June 2026. The PDS is issued by One Managed Investment Funds Limited ACN 117 400 987 as responsible entity of the Fund and contains details of an offer to acquire units in the Fund. An application for units in the Fund, if successful, involves making a financial investment. Accordingly, it is important that you read and understand the terms and conditions of the offer for the financial product, as set out in the PDS, AIB, TMD and the accompanying Application Form, before applying for Units. Unless otherwise defined, capitalised terms used in this Application Form have the same meaning given to them in the PDS.

The minimum investment amount for the Atlas Australian Equity Income Fund is $10,000 for new investors in this fund or $2,000 for existing investors.

This fund is open to Retail investors in Australia only.

Target Market Determination
This product is intended for use as a Satellite or Minor allocation for a consumer who is seeking income distributions and has a medium to high risk and return profile for that portion of their investment portfolio. It is likely to be consistent with the financial situation and needs of a consumer with a 5 year investment timeframe and who is unlikely to need to withdraw their money on less than one weeks' notice.
